Accessing Algonomy Omnichannel Personalization

To access the Omnichannel Personalization application, you need to log in to Personalization portal by using Algonomy Identity Service (OneLogin).

Omnichannel Personalization supports federated SSO with Algonomy Identity Service (OneLogin).

• If you already have an active session on the browser with Algonomy Identity Service, then using the same session token you can access the Personalization dashboard without having to enter the credentials.

• If you do not have an existing session with Algonomy Identity Service, then you will be redirected to OneLogin screen to enter the credentials.
